Stanley Cup

The Chicago Blackhawks have won the Stanley Cup. It was predicted by both NHL and EA sports and has become true. They knocked out the Philadelphia Flyers in game 6 on the road. It all ended when Leighton let in a shot from Patrick Kane in overtime. Hopefully next year it is the Kings!!!!!!

Went to the most boring Dodger game ever. It went into the 14th inning tied 0-0 when Arizona's centerfielder dropped the game winning ball hit by Garret Anderson and letting in the go ahead run. We had to leave in the 12th, but it was boring.

I just recently got NHL 2010 for my birthday. I have been playing, but never was willing to spend $60 for a new PS3 game. One word to describe the game is awesome. Overall it's a great game and it beat out all others for Best Sports Game of Year. You can also input your own music for in-game play.

La Kings Eliminated

I went to the LA Kings game last night and unfortunately they got knocked out of the playoffs. The Canucks somehow managed to get the go-ahead goal with about 3 minutes or so left in the game. They then guaranteed the victory with the empty net goal by Alexander Burrows. Although the Kings were eliminated, they had a great season. At the start of the season the Kings had promised that they would make the playoffs and they did. Next year the Kings will exceed the expectations. Rumors about Ilya Kovulchuk coming to LA are big. Teams know what the Los Angeles Kings are capable of. The young team is only bound to get better. Here are pictures from the last game of the season.

The Los Angeles Kings attempted to gain a 3-1 lead in the series over Vancouver, but was denied as the Canucks railed to win the game. The series is now 2-2. The Canucks won the game 6-4 in an insane game. I now officially am going to a playoff game because it forces to game 6 where I bought tickets at Staples. Hopefully the Kings win friday night and take the series at Staples on Sunday night.

Avatar 2 information has been released. It will focus on Pandora's ocean. It will include the same forests from the first movie, but this time more will be added. Avatar made a huge impact in the world of 3D. It is now being used more frequently throughout motion pictures today. Movies such as Alice and Wonderland, Clash of the Titans, and many more upcoming have planned or have already used 3D. None of them though were as good as Avatar and it will seek its return to set the bar again with Avatar 2.

New game DJ Hero has recently released the new track list of all the songs on the new game. There are many famous and known bands from the Beastie Boys to Vanilla Ice. Most of the songs are mash-ups though for the ultimate DJ experience. My favorite mash-up is definitely Vanilla Ice's "Ice Ice Baby" VS MC Hammer's "Can't Touch This." That is going to be awesome. I like the idea of mixing songs together, but you should have the choice to mix the songs you want to mix. If you want to mix "Insane In The Brain" and "Bust A Move" you should be able to do it.

Windows Media Netflix

Netflix is now available via using Windows Media Center. You can have access to over 12,000 movies and TV episodes right on your computer. It obviously doesn't work if you have an Apple computer, but to get to the Netflix option all you have to do is simply open up Media Center. It should be in the Movies/TV section. You can watch them instantly without having to load up your browser.

New Energy Car

This is pretty cool. There is a new car that has a giant battery on the bottom. The vision of the creators picture gas stations, but energy stations instead. It would remove car battery and replace with new one. The process would take less than filling up your gas tank.

Ghostbusters 3

This is no crappy remake either. Ghostbusters 3 will mark the return of all the old Ghostbusters. The new movie will concentrate on the new generation. The movie can start being filmed as early as this winter. More news to come as more information is released.

General Electric's Disk

General Electric has developed a DVD that holds the storage of 100 DVDs. Thats crazy. The way they do it is by a device that uses holographic tech. G.E. just has to make this work and at an affordable price. Now you can watch your whole 15 seasons of your favorite tv show on one DVD. I will post more info as I find more out.

End of Days Tour

Last night I went to the End of Days tour in Santa Ana, CA. Twiztid came by to represent the underground featuring Prozak, Potluck, and Boondox. The show was really fresh. It was really dope probably around 700 juggalos there. Another local band opened up called the Moonshine Bandits...they suck. Sounded like red necks in California. Not really into country music or country style. My review for Prozak is a 4.5/5. He put on a really dope show especially when he threw CDs and I caught one. He was also filming for a upcoming DVD. I'm pretty sure I'm in it a lot. Got to check that out when it comes out. Potluck was sooo dope. They are really good live, I give them a 5/5. They played a lot of old songs and a few new ones from their new CD. Boondox was alright played some dope songs, but there are a few that I don't like due to the country style of certain songs. But other than that 4/5. Twiztid was insane. It was their show, they played the whole W.I.C.K.E.D. CD. Their was a crazy mosh pit for Twiztid. Seeing Twiztid live was so fresh I still can't get over it. I give them a 10/5. You probably don't know these bands because they are underground artists. You probably won't even like this music or call it "evil", but that's okay because it is only for a select few, Juggalos. Here are some pictures from the show.

Thor is Chosen

They have casted an actor to play Thor in the upcoming Thor and Avengers Movie. His name is Chris Hemsworth. He is in the new Star Trek movie and he plays Captain James Kirk's dad. Recently rumored to play the part of Thor was actor, Brad Pit. The movie is slated to come out in 2011.

Blu-Ray task force has agreed to start having movies available on DVD to watch in 3D! There will be high-quality glasses to be worn. Not the kinds you get in the movie theatre, but more like something you were in an Imax. It only works with 3D capable TVs so if you don't have one there is no point in buying a 3D movie because it won't work. Perfect time to go buy a new HD tv.

Zune XBox 360?

Yes that's true there is a new Zune that has been combined with an Xbox 360.

Really? There are rumors going around and nothing is offcail yet, but the hybrid is supposed to compete with Sony's PSP. It is called the ZuneX. The handheld Xbox 360 has many of the same features as the PSP just Xbox. Nothing is official yet, but don't be suprised if this comes out in the feauture.

Disneyland Gives Up

Ever wonder why your photo's are blacked out when you try to flash the camera for your ride picture. Well that's because it's not allowed. Now you can say that it wasn't allowed because disney gave up. Now when your on Splash Mountain it will no longer say your photo has been washed away. Instead you can now see and purchase those memorable photos. I also found a website that has every single one of the pictures that were too explicit for Disneyland. It's called Flash Mountain you have to be over 18 to enter, but they don't have to know that.

Manny Ramirez Suspended

Manny Ramirez was recently suspended for testing positive for high levels of testosterone. He was suspended for 50 games and fined 7.7 million from his contract. Manny claims that his doctor subscribed him the medicine of HGH. A hero to many, Manny Ramirez brought the life to all Dodger fans and Los Angeles. He lit up the whole town and was looked up to. It is very disappointing that he would do this to the LA Dodgers and their fans.

Legalize in California

Californian Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger is looking into legalizing marijuana. Legalizing marijuana would bring over 1.34 billion dollars in tax revenue. I believe that once marijuana is legal people will start buying off of street dealers. Legalization would tax an extra 50 dollars an ounce. I don't know how many people are willing to pay 50 dollars in tax. We shall see what happens...

Gamefly Upset

Gamefly is basically a Netflix type of service, but for gaming. Recently, they got really pissed off with the Post Office for breaking from 1-2% of their games. The post office classified their disks as second-class mail, which means they are transported by machines. Every knows how machines don't show the love and compassion as humans do. Netflix and Blockbuster get 1st class treatment and that pisses off Gamefly.
